The observation on site of how orthopedic surgeons and radiologists use the platform to do their 3D clinical analysis of the back and of the spine allowed us to understand their real needs: they need to reassure the patients about their proper expertise and about the technology of this platform.

The result: a design dynamic of the platform to valorise its technical innovations and the professional but also a design reassuring and comforting for the patient.
