Ergonomic pillow service ERGONOX

Satisfied of our Product Design study, ORMEX asked us to create and organize the service around the sale of the ergonomic pillow ERGONOX to allow the company make a difference on this competitive market by offering a positive experience of the service.

To make it real, we analyzed the touchpoints, key persons and moments: the final client, the prescriber, the sales staff, the purchase moment, the advice by the professional… The result: a concrete action plan aiming to satisfy the customer offering him a unique and positive service to develop the sales.
